new-fiber-employees

We’re excited to introduce three new faces to Team Fiber. As the southwest Michigan rural broadband revolution continues to bring solutions at the speed of light, we’re growing our team to meet the demand!

Paige Deak is the newest member of our customer care team, and joins Greg, Amber, and Libby as one of the friendly and helpful voices on the other end of the phone. She grew up in Cassopolis, and is familiar with Team Midwest and the great things we’re doing for our members and customers!  If you’re local to the area, you might have seen her dishing up ice cream at Lakeside Parlor, where taste testing was always a favorite part of the job!

Tony Fornoff is a home-grown member of the Midwest family. The Dowagiac native joined our propane team last summer as a service tech, and recently transitioned to Team Fiber where he joins Gary, Joe, and Tim as an installation and maintenance tech. He has previous experience in outside telecom plant, and is excited to put that to work to help bring fiber to your home or business, and maintain the system to maximize your speed-of-light experience!

Engineering the fiber construction is a monster task, and we’ve been working closely with our consulting partner, Pulse Broadband, to design the system. We’re now bringing some technical engineering expertise to our own team as Granger native Mike Ham joins us as a communications design tech. Mike graduated from Purdue University with a degree in mechanical engineering technology, and is eager to put his education to work to design and coordinate engineering projects on our grid and within the fiber operation.

Our entire Team Fiber family, and dozens of other employees across the greater Team Midwest Family, are working hard to build the system and bring solutions to your home or business.
