Today’s forecast calls for 2-4” of snow with a high temperature of 32. Next week we’re looking at highs in the mid-60s. Gotta love some Michigan winter!

Regardless of what the weather does as we inch our way to spring, TeamFiber took advantage of the overall mild winter season and made great headway on construction. And as the weather breaks, we’ll kick all of our efforts into high gear and bring more and more of you online.

Not a lot of changes from last month’s construction update, but here’s the good word for early March.

Calvin: Home installs continue for those areas that were built last spring, and this month we’ll begin lighting up the Shavehead Lake and Mason area members we added late in 2015.

East Vicksburg – North Mendon:  Construction continues and we are still on track to begin home installations early in the second quarter.

Keeler:  Walkout work continues and construction is on track to begin in April. We plan to begin lighting up customers in the third quarter.

Mottville: Walkout work continues and construction is on track to begin in April. We plan to begin lighting up customers in the third quarter.

Northeast Cassopolis: Walkout work begins this month with construction, drops and splicing continuing through the summer. Still on schedule for home installs to begin early fourth quarter.

Northwest Cassopolis: All construction is complete and home installations are in progress.

North Three Rivers:  Everyone in this zone is in the home stretch, and some are already being installed. If you haven’t received the magical call from our scheduler, stand by. It’s coming soon!

Schoolcraft: Home installs continue for most in this zone. We have just a few folks in a subdivision with a delay, but we’ve been in touch and will continue to keep them apprised.

Southwest Edwardsburg & East Niles:  Construction, drops and splicing are underway, and home installs should begin early in the second quarter.

West Cassopolis – North Edwardsburg: Home installations are in progress for folks on our Ontwa Sub, and we’ll begin lighting up the Dailey Sub folks later this month.

West-South Dowagiac:  Home installations are in progress.
