TeamFiber is pleased to welcome Eric Wright to the family in the role of Tier 2 Tech Support. We were lucky enough to snatch him away from our project construction partner, where he worked as an aerial and underground inspector. He has previous experience as an installation and maintenance technician for Comcast, and also worked in sales and support roles for Best Buy. So he’s well versed in high-speed technology platforms and the hardware and software required to make it do what you need and want it to do!
Eric is a self-proclaimed tech-savvy geek who loves learning and teaching. He understands the frustrations that result when things aren’t working the way you need them to, and stands ready to help analyze, troubleshoot and resolve your issues. He’ll also provide tips and tricks and tackle some common issues in a column in our monthly customer e-newsletter and on our TeamFiber Facebook page.
