Upgrading your plan is easy, and you can do it yourself with these simple steps:

  1. Log into SmartHub
  2. Click on My Services
  3. Click on My Internet
  4. Scroll down to select a new plan and click the Add to Cart button
  5. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click the Checkout button
  6. Review the cart details and follow the steps to complete the checkout process. A customer service representative will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your request.
